1. Digital Nature of the Product

Skool Video Downloader is a digital download tool, delivered instantly upon successful payment. Once access has been granted or the file has been downloaded, the product is considered “consumed.” For this reason, we generally do not issue refunds after the product has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Eligible Refunds

We may issue a full or partial refund in the following situations:

The customer purchased multiple times by accident (duplicate transactions). A technical error prevented the product from functioning as described, and our team could not resolve it within a reasonable time. The customer contacted us within 7 days of purchase and provided sufficient information for review.

Refunds will not be granted simply because:

You changed your mind after purchase. You misunderstood the product’s features. The tool did not meet personal expectations outside the described functionality.

5. Fraud and Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or chargeback manipulation. All refund requests are manually reviewed to ensure fairness to both parties.
